• Check-in Data: Times and dates when you perform daily check-ins
• Mood Selections: Your optional mood indicator (Good, Okay, or Rough)
• User Role: Whether you are using the app as a "Checker" or "Caregiver"
• Check-in Settings: Your preferred check-in time window

How We Store Your Data

All your data is stored securely using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service. This means:

• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Data is stored on Apple's secure servers
• Only you and your designated caregivers can access your check-in information
• We do not have access to your personal data

How We Share Your Data

Daily Hello only shares your check-in data with:

• Your Designated Caregivers: People you have explicitly connected with through the app's iCloud sharing feature

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for marketing purposes
• Transfer your data to external analytics services

Third-Party Services

Daily Hello does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is Apple's iCloud for data storage and synchronization.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, Daily Hello may send you:

• Reminders to complete your daily check-in
• Alerts when a loved one checks in (for caregivers)
• Alerts when a loved one misses their check-in window (for caregivers)

You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings.

Data Retention

Your check-in history is retained in iCloud as long as you use the app. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting the app from your device
• Managing your iCloud storage through Apple's settings

Children's Privacy

Daily Hello is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in iCloud
• Delete your data by removing the app
• Opt out of push notifications
• Disconnect from caregivers at any time
